Keep frozen. Cooking: For the best results, thaw fillets before cooking. Remove from packaging and thaw in the refrigerator for 4 to 6 hours. Flounder fillets are great for baking, broiling or poaching. Simply brush fillets with butter and cook at 350 degrees F for 5 to 7 minutes without turning. Fish will flake easily when finished.
