For food safety and quality, follow these cooking instructions. Do not thaw. Conventional Oven: (Mrs. Paul's does not recommend microwave preparation.) 1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Remove fish from plastic pouch before cooking. 2. Place Mrs. Paul's quality frozen fish sticks in a single layer evenly distributed on a 4-sided baking pan. 3. Bake on middle oven rack 12 to 15 minutes or until crispy and browned. Turn fish sticks over halfway through baking. Let stand 3 minutes. Keep frozen until ready to use. Do not refreeze. Do not use in toaster oven. Promptly refrigerate any unused fish sticks.
