Remove fish from plastic pouch before cooking. 2. Place Mrs. Paul's quality frozen fish sticks in a single layer evenly distributed on a 4-sided baking pan. 3. Bake on middle oven rack 12 to 15 minutes or until crispy and browned. Turn fish sticks over halfway through baking. Let stand 3 minutes. Keep frozen until ready to use. Do not refreeze. Do not use in toaster oven. Promptly refrigerate any unused fish sticks.
