One of the most common questions we get from first-time Garden Grocer customers is: "Can you actually deliver to my Disney resort hotel?" The answer is yes — every single one. We've been delivering to Disney World resort hotels since 2009, and we've delivered to every resort on property.
But the experience varies a bit depending on your resort tier, room type, and timing. This guide covers everything you need to know to make your delivery completely smooth.
Every Disney World resort has a bell services department (sometimes called luggage assistance or package services). This is your key to stress-free grocery delivery. Here's the process:
Our driver delivers your order to the resort's bell services desk — the same desk that handles luggage. You don't need to be present.
They log your delivery, check your name on the order, and store everything appropriately. Refrigerated items go in their coolers. Frozen items go in their freezers. Dry goods are stored safely.
You'll receive a delivery confirmation from us. Bell services can also call your room when you've checked in.
When you're ready, call bell services or stop by the desk and they'll bring everything to your room. No charge for this service.
Important: You can have groceries delivered even before you check in. Bell services will hold your order. Schedule your delivery for after your expected arrival time to make pickup easy.
Disney World resort hotels are categorized into tiers. The tier affects your room's kitchen facilities, which in turn affects what you should order.
