I was so impressed by my experience with Garden Grocer! I used them when traveling to the Disney Polynesian. The website was easy to use, prices extremely reasonable if not much less than other places I was looking (I.e. Diapers.com or Amazon.com), and customer service was so friendly and helpful! I received a text that the food was delivered which put my mind at ease and as promised everything was neatly packaged and waiting for me when I got to the hotel. I will always use this service when traveling to Disney again!

Hands down your service was perfect! I appreciate how easy the ordering was, the follow up by e-mail confirming my order, the prompt arrival of EVERYTHING I ordered and the phone call letting me know the order had arrived and was with the bell hop, as we were not in our room. I appreciated the cold items being kept cold via a refrigerator at the bell hop service center. I wouldn't change a thing with your system!

Garden Grocer was so awesome for us on our last trip to Disney. The whole experience couldn't have been easier or better. I highly recommend them, it was so wonderful to have the groceries just show up with no worries, and we had snacks and breakfast and water for the whole trip. We will surely be using them again!!

Excellent service. Everything we ordered was delivered to our resort before our plane landed in Orlando. Very prompt and courteous...I was even able to order some additional items before we left the resort. I recommended them to everyone I met at the resort! Thank you, Garden Grocer! :)

Heather C. from customer service is absolutely amazing!!! She took our order at the last minute (due to logistical issues) and assured us that our groceries would be delivered between 7-9PM local time. Not only did we get our groceries but they were also delivered in the early afternoon on the day we arrived (less than 12 hours after we placed our order).

We will order from GardenGrocer everytime we go to Disney World. And, I hope to repay Heather C's amazing customer service and assistance one day. In fact, I plan on shopping at GardenGrocer EXCLUSIVELY because of Heather C's amazing service. Thank you, Heather C!!!
