While we did experience a missing item (eggs) I would still rate the service Above Average. I had set delivery between 12-2 and when we were taking the Magical Express (945am) I got a text saying our food was delivered.
Upon noticing the missing item I called and they said they would send the item over ASAP. A few hours later, while at Epcot, I got a text saying the eggs were with our bell services. Wonderful! So convenient to know the items were there & ready for us! Would absolutely use again.

Service was excellent, right on time! Great experience and everything delivered was exactly what was ordered. I not only received a text message to let me know all items were waiting for me, I also received a phone call to make sure I knew everything was there and to make sure all was ok with my order. I would highly recommend this service, especially if you are coming to FL (Disney) by plane. I will continue to use this service every time I come to FL.
