The groceries were delivered on time, within the delivery window. I was contacted by text and phone, as requested, when the groceries were delivered to our Disney hotel. (They arrived at our hotel before we did, as we had a delayed flight.) When the bell service in our hotel brought the groceries to our room, after we arrived, I was very impressed with how everything was packed. The items were carefully packed together and everything was double bagged in paper bags. The perishable items, such as fresh cut fruit and milk, were all fresh. Nothing was old or outdated.
