Place your order on gardengrocer.com before your trip. Select your Disney resort hotel and delivery date. Our team shops your order fresh and delivers directly to your resort's bell services. Cold and frozen items are held refrigerated until you collect them — no need to be present at delivery.
You can order up to 30 days in advance. We recommend placing your order at least 24–48 hours before your check-in date. Book your vacation, then book your groceries the same day — it's one less thing to think about on travel day.

For Disney resort deliveries, you do not need to be present — we deliver to bell services and they store your order. For vacation rentals and Airbnbs, we recommend someone be available. If you won't be there, contact us in advance to arrange an unattended delivery with specific instructions.
The minimum order is $75. Orders over $200 receive free delivery. For orders between $75–$200, a delivery fee applies based on your location. Most families stocking a vacation rental for a week easily qualify for free delivery.
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover) through our secure Square payment system. Payments are processed securely — we never store your full card number.

All cold and frozen items are transported in insulated coolers with ice packs throughout the delivery. At Disney resorts, items are handed off to bell services who keep refrigerated items cold until you collect them. Your food is safe.

Yes. You can modify or cancel your order as long as it hasn't been assigned to a shopper. Contact us as soon as possible at 866-855-4350 or via live chat to make changes. We'll do our best to accommodate your request.
If an item is out of stock at the time of shopping, we will substitute it with the closest available alternative at the same price or lower. You can also specify substitution preferences in your order notes, or choose "no substitutions" if you prefer.
