We arrived at pur hotel and the timing was great as you arrived right when we were asking where to find the pick up location...which the resort then delivered everything right to our room. I ordered many items including a case of water, but the water was not delivered. BUT - I called & the CS rep was very gracious & the water was delivered the same afternoon. That is GREAT Customer Service - fixing an error quickly

We brought out 11 month old baby to Disney for the week and we would not have been able to do it without Garden Grocer! We ordered diapers, formula, food for baby and us and even wine. Everything was delivered when they said it would be and everything was there. I was even able to email a pic of my license for the wine. Super easy! Will use again for our Disney trips!
