First time using Gardengrocer. After the original order was placed, I sent a special request for a flavored coffee cream. My special order was filled and I was notified within a few hours. I also added to my original order and the process was easy and accurate. All three of my orders were delivered at the same time as promised. This service is class A and should not be overlooked. I strongly recommed this service to anyone who wants groceries in thier room while on vacation. I would use the garden grocer again in a heartbeat! Thanks for providing such a wonderful service.

I LIVE IN THE TORONTO CANADA AREA AND GARDEN GROCER CONTACTED ME BY PHONE TO CONFIRM MY ORDER JUST HOURS AFTER I PLACED IT.I WAS NERVOUS ABOUT THEM FINDING ME BUT ONCE I WAS CHECKED IN THEY UPDATED ME FREQUENTLY AND THE VERY POLITE DRIVER CALLED JUST BEFORE ARRIVAL. FOOD WAS IN PERFECT CONDITION. FROZEN/FRIDGE ITEMS WERE GREAT. WOULD DEFINITELY USE AGAIN. THANK YOU FOR GREAT SERVICE!

Everything was perfect. I actually was missing some items and after checking with the hotel I called Garden Grocer customer service- who was wonderful. They called the hotel I was staying at and knew there was 5 bags dropped off but only 4 got to me. The customer service rep helped the hotel find my missing bag and within 20 minutes I had the missing groceries. Thank you thank you! I have refered your service to two families that will be using your company this month. Outstanding!!!

We saved so much money at Disney using this service. Buying a case of water alone was worth the delivery fee! Being able to have water bottles with us in the parks was awesome!!

Our first time using Garden Grocers while staying at Disney World. We decided to use because this was the first time flying there and not having our own car. Food was delivered before we were and stored in the baggage claim refrigerator. It was then delivered to our room upon check in. Awesome service and will definitely use again even if we have our car. It's so convenient! Easy to use website. I was able to shop and order weeks in advance!
