I used Garden Grocer on a family vacation to Disney. Not only were the prices fantastic compared to those In Disney World but I was completely surprised by how amazing the service was. Our flight was delayed 5 hours so we couldn't meet the delivery time we set. We were sure all of our refrigerated products would go bad by the time we finally got to the hotel. However, when we finally arrived the products were not only in our room but they were safe in the fridge! This surprise brightened my otherwise tiresome day.

Very convenient to not have to pack essential items and have them waiting for us at our resort hotel. When we arrived at our resort, the items were already waiting for us, and were brought up with our baggage later that evening.

The groceries, the convenience and the service we received were absolutely wonderful! The young man that delivered our groceries even put them in the fridge for me while I checked off the list. So you don't have to rent a car just to run to the grocery store or if you just want to relax and don't want to waste precious holiday time! The added bonus of being able to order the beer and wine was fantastic too! As seniors it's great not to have to haul all of that heavy stuff from the car either.

My Garden Grocer was above and beyond what I expected. Not only was the website easy to navigate, their customer service was outstanding. When I placed my order, I found they had the option to add gratuity which was very nice since I wasn't going to personally be present to receive my items. After I placed my order, within 10 minutes, I received a phone call from a Garden Grocer representative confirming my order, not just the standard email. That's what I call great customer service! The personal interaction definitely stands out in my book. And lastly, they not only texted me to confirm when my order arrived to my hotel but they called me (again, another live representative) to confirm the drop off as well. I will be recommending their service/store to all of my friends and will always use them in the future. Thank you for a wonderful customer experience!

Garden Grocer is great! I ordered about $500 of groceries to feed a family of five healthy food for a week at Disney and it was perfect. The food was delivered on time and everything that I ordered arrived as promised. The fruit and veggies were all top quality. The ice cream was frozen hard when it arrived. This company is very organized and delivers what it promises! I would recommend Garden Grocer to anyone who wants to have good food fixed "at home" while visiting Disney.

I would recommend to peers, though I think the next time we visit Orlando we may not use the service again ourselves. It was certainly convenient, and the food selection was good, but the cost was pretty high especially once delivery is added. I realize there are not a lot of other grocery options if you are coming to Disney (as we did) and do not have a car to go out and get groceries, so I respect that, but we will probably pack our own food or make other arrangements in the future.

I am very satisfied with the service provided by The Garden Grocer. There is a wide variety of products and my order was delivered on time to the hotel on the Disney resort where we stayed. Not to mention that all the food was fresh! My son has food allergies and it was very helpful for us to rely on The Garden Grocer during our family vacation. Thank you!
