We stayed at an on-site Universal and didn't rent a car. Garden Grocer was the best way to get bottled water, soda, breakfast foods, and fruit delivered to our room with no hassle. It was delivered to our hotel's bell services, who refrigerated the cold items until they brought everything to our room. So easy and convenient!

They were great! One week before our arrival, we had purchased a week's worth of food. Mistakenly, I marked the incorrect date for to be a week later. When our grocries didn't arrive, I double checked and realized my mistake. Altgough they were crazy busy, they were able to deliver my groceries the next day...which was HUGE! It was the week of Thanksgiving and a couple hundred dollars worth of food. They really came through for us and we won't forget it. We will definitely be return customers. It was so nice to arrive to our room and have all of our groceries waiting on us. We were able to save half a day and enjoy more time in the park by cutting out a shopping trip. We were very happy with this service and will do it again next time we visit Orlando.

Great & useful service! Just used it for the first time at the end of November, no problems encountered. Even had to call a couple days after I placed the order to add more items, and that too was no problem. The woman who answered the phone was professional, polite and courteous as well. The items I ordered came neatly packaged in brown paper grocery bags, which I liked a lot as Im pretty OCD about things being neatly organized. I definitely would use this service again, and recommend it to a friend (and I'm a very picky person).
