This was my first time ordering groceries prior to the trip. In the past, we've picked up groceries ourselves from the local supermarket or hotel market. This trip we were staying in a Fort Wildness Cabin. With a late arrival and no car, I knew we needed to pre-order food and supplies. I chose Garden Grocer due to their variety of products and reputation for excellent customer service. Ordering process was easy and all my questions were answered via email prior to my departure. Everything arrived organized and labeled with cold items stored appropriately. Delivery from bell services was a breeze (you can also pick-up groceries yourself from bell services). I will continue using Garden Grocer in the future as it made our trip so much easier.

Our delivery was ready when we arrived at our hotel.
When I was in need of an additional item, Bianca, the service representative was beyond helpful! She went out of her way to ensure that the much needed item was delivered promptly, which it was!

Associate who called about unavailable item took some info about what we needed and was able to supply a great substitution that wasn’t listed on the website. He said “no promises, but I’ll see what I can do for you” and came through. Garden Geocer is fantastic, even if just for bottled water and snacks it is well worth it!!

Your service was a lifesaver for our trip. We were able to order sugar free Powerade, Diet Pepsi, and low glycemic bread (which you can’t get in the Disney parks). We also got a flat of waters. We were grateful for the Powerade and water because it saved us from heat exhaustion. Even better, we didn’t have to pay $3.50 for each individual bottle like we would in the park.
