Our order arrived prior to us arriving at our Resort. Bell services held our order and kept things cold until we requested it be delivered to our room. There was a $6 service fee charge to bring the items to our room, which Garden Grocer warned us about. Liked receiving emails from Garden Grocer giving us updates regarding our order. Would recommend them, for a worry free order.

This was truly a great service; it was so nice to come to the hotel and have everything ready and waiting for us. Customer service was also superb and responsive whenever I needed to change an order. The only issue we had with our order was we had ordered dish soap, and we received hand soap instead. But all things considered, that was an extremely minor problem, and we will absolutely use the service again (and we are, in three weeks!) Thanks again!

Wow...it was so nice to arrive in Orlando (DISNEY WORLD) in May 2022 and discover that you had delivered our grocery order to our hotel prior to our arrival. The food was fresh and top quality. We were happy that you were able to find certain brands for us (i.e. Dave's Killer bread and quality organic produce). Eating breakfast in our room each day and packing snacks each day for the park was wonderful...time saver and money saver. I'd highly recommend your service. Thank you.

Our daughter recommended Garden Grocer to us, and their service worked seamlessly. We ordered a couple of bottles of wine and enough breakfast sandwiches & fruit cups for the week. We didn't have to ask a cab to stop in Orlando so that we could shop before going on to WDW. Our order was waiting for us at our hotel's bell service. We will certainly use the Garden Grocer service on our next trip to the Orlando area.

We really appreciated the phone call letting us know that our order for Baby Formula could not filled due to the current shortage. It allowed us time to make alternative arrangements.
