We ordered our items about 5 days in advance of our visit to Disney (Old Key West). Everything was great and I was contacted several times (phone and text) to assure me that things were waiting for us at Bell Services. Bell Services placed refrigerated items in a fridge and delivered to our condo when we arrived too. All went great.

We placed an order with Garden Grocer prior to our trip to Disney World, after discovering the GG site on the internet. it was easy to navigate the site and place/pay for our order. We requested delivery on the morning after our arrival at Disney's Pop Century Resort. The order arrived on time and we even received a telephone cal it had been delivered and follow-up from GG making sure everything was correct and on time. It was! Excellent service and quality products. It was well a great shopping experience and so easy. We will use Garden Grocer on our next trip to Disney. We heard about your service on a Disney chat board. We ordered all our breakfast items and snacks for our trip. It was seemless for us. You made the delivery before we even checked in. Our food was waiting in our room and all refrigerated items were in the fridge. Fantastic service. We were delighted.

Fabulous service we used while on vacation to Disney! Highly recommended. The items we ordered were delivered to our room the day we arrived, cold items were put in the fridge for us! Received a confirmation call when I initially placed my order, received a call the day of delivery and then received a notification call that our items were delivered to our hotel! It was great to have the items already in our room upon check-in. Tremendous customer service!!

A few nights before our trip to Disney I was searching message boards and Garden Grocer was highly recommended. Registration was easy, navigating website and purchasing food was even easier. I had questions at 11 o'clock at night and emailed their CS dept. They got right back to me within minutes. I have no complaints. This made our vacation so much easier. Thank you to Garden Grocer.
