Our groceries have always been at our hotel ahead of time. Always nicely bagged and all items ordered checked. I especially like the personal phone call letting us know that our groceries have been delivered versus an automated call.

I was so impressed with the service provided, especially when the resort we were staying in couldn't find a record of our reservation on arrival day! Garden Grocer just figured it out sensibly and we received our order 20 mins after our arrival on resort.

With all the things going on my head during the flight, I was relief to get the first message from Garden Grocer telling me that my groceries were delivered at the bell services in my Disney Hotel (Animal Kingdom Lodge) and then when checking in, the hotel delivered then to our room. Everything was perfect, no mistakes and ordering food and baby items was the best decision we make for our Disney trip, 100% satisfied!
