I am so glad I found out about your service for our recent vacation. Our order was waiting with the hotel bell services, the cold items were refrigerated, and everything was exactly what I had requested. I also appreciated the customer service follow up calls after placing my order and after it was delivered. I will definitely use this service again when we return to the area!

Excellent service and great communication! Groceries were waiting for us at Disney when we arrived at the resort. Definitely a great service and I highly recommend the Garden Grocer for those looking to cut their Disney food costs. I was able to shave off 1/3 of the costs during our recent Disney trip (compared to the Disney Dinning plan) by supplementing morning meals and snacks from what we ordered from the Garden Grocer.

Our Garden Grocer order was waiting for us when we arrived at our resort, and everything was exactly as promised and incredibly fresh. Frozen foods were delivered frozen; the choice of both green and yellow bananas meant we had edible bananas for our entire stay. Saved us the ordeal of renting a car and grocery shopping after a long travel day- will definitely use Garden Grocer for every future WDW trip!

Customer Service was top notch. I appreciated the phone call to confirm my order and answer any questions I had about the service. The groceries were delivered within the time frame specified, and I liked having a text alerting me to their arrival. I was expecting 'normal' customer service...the kind I get from most companies. Which means "not so good" customer service. I was amazed to see how on the ball Gardengrocer.com was. We got some excellent follow up service from Miranda (she was outstanding) and early delivery to our Disney resort. Prompt notification for delivery of groceries. Quality on fresh foods was excellent. Gardengrocer.com will be a regular part of our Orlando visits to Disneyworld from now on!
