We switched resorts and forgot to tell them. They went back, picked the groceries up , and then delivered my groceries to the new resort. They didn’t complain, but just worked quickly to remedy the situation. They went over and above and gave me exceptional, prompt, and courteous service! I will be using them again. Being able to order pretty much anything you might want or need for the trip was wonderful. Scanning my ID so that we did not have to be present at delivery was very convenient.

Garden Grocer was amazing every time we used them, but this trip especially. They forgot part of our order and when I reached out they responded quickly and even added a few things to our list that we forgot to put on the first order. When the driver delivered the items they called me to make sure everything was correct! Their customer service is impeccable!

Upon receiving my grocery order, I encountered a significant issue with a product swap for infant formula. In short, the items I had ordered were not available, so a similarly packaged product was purchased instead. This swap resulted in a substantial reduction of total formula volume, less than 25% of what I need for my baby. When I reached out to Garden Grocer, my issue was addressed quickly and without added effort on my end. As my family was just starting a week at Disney, this level of customer service was greatly appreciated. I would highly recommend this service to anyone.
