This was the first time using the service and will definitely use it again. The website was easy to use. The prices are a little higher but well worth the convenience. Within 10 minutes of placing the order, I received a follow up call asking if I had any problems placing the order. I liked the ability to choose a time frame for delivery. I chose the 12pm-4pm delivery time. I received a text at 12:02pm stating the groceries had been delivered. At 3pm I received a call to make sure I knew the order had been delivered. Don't worry about ordering perishables. Bell services at the hotels have refrigerators to store milk, juice, butter, etc. The order was complete. I highly recommend Garden Grocer.

I cannot recommend Garden Grocer enough! I accidentally stumbled upon it while reading through a Disney blog TWO days before our arrival. I was able to place a last-minute order, and the order process was seamless. I received a phone call confirmation once my order was placed and when it was delivered, and my order was perfect--even the produce (bananas, apples, and grapes) was of great quality. Thank you so much for making our Disney trip easier! It was so so so convenient to have our groceries delivered straight to our hotel!

We stayed at Disney two consecutive weekends this month. I was told by an especially helpful employee of Garden Grocer, Monique, that I had to place the order for the second weekend after I received the first order. Well, I forgot to do that until the following Friday. When I called on that Friday morning, the girl who answered was very accommodating and said she would have my order delivered that very afternoon! I was thrilled! I haven't been home from Disney for 24 hours and I have already recommended Garden Grocer to someone who will be visiting in December. What a great service for a nominal fee! I will be calling you again in October.

It was great to have our groceries at our Disney resort when we got there. Not having to pack a weeks worth of diapers, wipes, baby food and snacks for the grandkids daved so much time and room. The order was just ordered it. I would definitely use this service again!

During a recent stay at Disney, we used Garden Grocer. Upon delivery, 1 bag was missing. We notified them and they immediately returned with it. Prices are reasonable. Food quality was very good. Site is very easy to use. And customer service was WONDERFUL!
