The order was here when we arrived at the hotel and Bell Services delivered it to our room. The items were fresh and exactly what I ordered. I will diffently use them again.

Very prompt, courteous and determined individuals!! Even in the aftermath of Irma this company went above and beyond searching 4-5 stores for an item that was a necessity to operate my husband's oxygen concentrator!! We had to reschedule our grocery delivery to our Disney resort due to Irma and a grocer was always available to answer our questions and help us with rescheduling (multiple times) due to the situation. It was a relief to have the flexibility and such great customer service from garden grocer while we were also dealing with trying to rearrange flight, resort and dining reservations as well.

We used Garden Grocer for our Disney trip and our only complaint is we wish we had done it on previous trips! The ordering process is simple and easy. You can also make changed to your order with no problem. The food was delivered to our hotel before our allotted time and was held by our concierge, so this was perfect.

Had to make some last minute changes to our delivery and Garden Grocer adapted to what we needed. Great job and thank you. Order was on time and complete. All items were delivered as seen on their site no substitutions. Even with a hurricane messing things up they got it all right.
