Our hotel delivered our groceries to the wrong room. Garden Groce reselivered that night for no extra charge as we needed the diapers for our child. They went out of their way to deliver that night even though it was after 8pm when the issue was discovered. I am so thankful!

Very easy and straightforward process from start to finish. Delivery to the bell services desk of our Disney Resort (Saratoga Springs) was completed as promised during the specified time, so the groceries were waiting for us when we checked in. Will definitely use this service again if/when we come back to Disney!

Originally was looking for a way to get distilled water for my husband's CPap machine and stumbled across this service thru other people's posts. It was great having a few things in our room that we didn't have to purchase at resort. Pure convenience when staying at resort without a car.

Easy to navigate, confirmation right away. Delivery was no hassle and was ready and refrigerated when we arrived! Can’t make traveling w little kids to Disney easier than that! Made easy breakfast and sandwiches for lunch and avoided ridiculous lines for junk food!

My family and I were coming to Disney World for 8 days in June, and we knew it would be very hot and humid...not our favorite kind of weather! I was concerned about the 5 of us being able to keep hydrated. I contacted Disneyworld on-line and asked if there was a grocery store near by that would deliver to a resort on Disney property. The cast member told me of a couple and said that Garden Grocer seemed to be a favorite of many people. I went to your website and you had the things I wanted, so I contacted you with a couple questions, and then ordered on-line. When we got to our resort, our order was in our room!! It was such wonderful service. Thank you so much!! We kept the refrigerator in our room stocked with water and always took some with us to the parks.

What a great service and time saver! Our groceries were delivered to our hotel at the scheduled time, nothing from our list was missing and all items that needed refrigeration, arrived to our room cold. We will definitely use this service again on our next trip to Disney World!
