I was expecting 'normal' customer service...the kind I get from most companies. Which means "not so good" customer service. I was amazed to see how on the ball Gardengrocer.com was. We got some excellent follow up service from Miranda (she was outstanding) and early delivery to our Disney resort. Prompt notification for delivery of groceries. Quality on fresh foods was excellent. Gardengrocer.com will be a regular part of our Orlando visits to Disneyworld from now on!

This is the first time I used on online grocer, and I was pleasantly surprised. All of my items came fresh and in perfect shape (including eggs). I got a text and email to let me know the items arrived at my hotel and they were delivered straight to my room. Very convenient and easy to use. I will definitely use Garden Grocer again.

I couldn't believe how easy this was...I placed my order online, received a phone call to confirm shortly thereafter and my groceries were waiting for me at bell services the day I checked-in. I will definitely use this service again. It was cheaper and easier than renting a car!!!!!
