We have used Garden Grocer in the past and always had great experiences. If there’s been an item missing it’s always been delivered or credited promptly. This trip was our first time back to Disney in many years and since Covid and we knew GG was the place we had always gotten great service and could trust. When we received our groceries, we realized half the refrigerated items were missing. We contacted both Disney bell service and GG and although the resort had temporarily misplaced them, GG was on it immediately and willing to do whatever was necessary to assist us. I highly recommend them and will use their service again in the future! Thank you.

We switched resorts and forgot to tell them. They went back, picked the groceries up , and then delivered my groceries to the new resort. They didn’t complain, but just worked quickly to remedy the situation. They went over and above and gave me exceptional, prompt, and courteous service! I will be using them again. Being able to order pretty much anything you might want or need for the trip was wonderful. Scanning my ID so that we did not have to be present at delivery was very convenient.

Garden Grocer was amazing every time we used them, but this trip especially. They forgot part of our order and when I reached out they responded quickly and even added a few things to our list that we forgot to put on the first order. When the driver delivered the items they called me to make sure everything was correct! Their customer service is impeccable!

Groceries were waiting on us when we arrived at the resort. Very nice not to have to pack snacks on the plane and also very much worth it for the waters and sodas. Big cost savings…
