My experience with Garden Grocer was fantastic. It was wonderful being able to plan a trip to Disney World knowing that any food and grocery items we needed would be waiting for us at the resort! And communication was excellent - I received text messages and e-mails letting me know the status of our food delivery (which was right on time!). Great experience!

Great service, we had a later check in (7:30)pm and all of our items were already in the room and put away in the fridge and freezer, with the other items placed nicely on the counter.

Garden Grocer was fantastic! There was an issue with our reservations at our hotel so there was no record of me. The driver checked several times and called me,however on the flight from Wa state our phones were off so I did not get the messages until after we checked in. By this time it was close to 9 pm, but the driver said he would turn around and come back to deliver the groceries even though we was almost back to the warehouse! I was willing to wait until the next day but the driver said it was no problem, and did deliver our groceries after 9pm! Excellent customer service! Highly recommend! Prices are great too! This process saved us more money than I could have asked for when visiting the Disney Parks. Although prices were a little higher than what you would spend shopping on your own, they were accurate for a service that delivers the food items to your room. It helped out very much to supply our trip with the groceries that we needed.

I ordered from Garden Grocer a couple of times. never had a problem. Order is always on time. Much easier to order and have snacks, beverages , etc delivered right to your hotel than to transport all the snacks on an airplane.

This was our first time using Garden Grocer and it was perfect for our week long trip to DisneyWorld with our family of five. We were able to come back from the parks and eat our fresh fruits and vegetables, salads, bagels, sandwiches, hot dogs, etc. without standing in the long lines at the food court. We had plenty of snacks and water bottles to take with us into the park for when we were hungry. Everything was well marked and delivered to our room, including the freezer and fridge foods. What a wonderful way to save time and money while visiting the Orlando area!

A friend referred us to GG. We placed our order online & the food was delivered to our hotel while we were at one of the parks in the Orlando area. All of the fruit tasted great. We used this to pack small lunches to take to the parks with us. It was a great way of saving money & having healthier food than buying something out to eat. Their phone services was friendly and prompt as well!

A friend of mine told me they ordered groceries to be delivered to their room when they went to Disney in 2014. I thought it was a brilliant idea so I decided to give it a try. I was able to order bottle water, milk, fresh fruit, snacks, juice boxes, and even diapers. Having options in the room kept us away from daily trips to the soda machine and the bakery at our hotel. It was so easy to order, the prices of the groceries and the delivery charge were very reasonable. I accidently ordered 2, 32 packs of bottled water, knowing there was no way we would go through 64 bottles of water I called Garden Grover to see if they would take one back. I really thought the answer would be no, but when I told them it was water and that the package was unopened, they told me that I would be able to return one case! Everyone I communicated either over phone or through email was pleasant and helpful. I would recommend them to anyone!

Customer service was outstanding. Flight was cancelled last minute due to snow and groceries were already delivered. The staff quickly and gladly picked up my groceries and re-delivered them when our flight finally was rescheduled. This truly made our bad situation a lot easier to swallow. When we finally did arrive, groceries were perfect and well packed. We will ALWAYS use garden grocer and highly recommend them to everyone. Thank you for being so helpful, understanding, and kind!
