The hotel misplaced my son's order. I was in NY and my son was in FL. I called Garden Grocer and asked for help. They sent a driver to the hotel and found the order and made sure it was delivered to my son. It was clearly the hotel's error that the order had been misplaced, but Garden Grocer went the extra mile and made sure the order was properly delivered. Thank you!!

Everything was perfect! All the groceries were waiting at the bell desk when we arrived to our hotel. This was the easiest part of our vacation!

We ordered breakfast items for the week. When we arrived at our hotel room our groceries were there. The items that needed to be kept cool were put in the refrigerator for us. It was so easy and saved us money on food. It was also nice to have some healthier options in the room. I would highly recommend Garden Grocer!

I was able to easily order snacks and breakfast food. On our first whole day here, the food was delivered to our room - cold stuff was in the fridge and everything else neatly bagged in paper sacks! Thank you Garden Grocer!!

We travel to WDW often and have used other grocery delivery services in the past. We used Garden Grocer for the first time this March. The order process was efficient. We had three special requests items, which Garden Grocer was able to find for us. After delivery, we had a mix up with one of the special delivery items and Garden Grocer replaced the item within hours, with the correct item. They were fantastic to work with!

Service was great. I got an email confirmation of my order and another when it was delivered to the hotel. All of my items were there waiting for me. Selection is a bit slim, but nothing was wrong with the food or the order.

Garden grocer made getting our grocery items as easy as can be. I placed my order and when we arrived to our room, our groceries were already there! Our yogurts were even placed in the fridge for us! Very convenient. Definitely beat taking time out of our trip to go get the groceries ourselves .
