This was the first time we have used Garden Grocer and I have to say that it won't be the last! So simple to use, friendly help on the phone and prompt delivery! I was concerned about the bagging of items and possibility of the bags ripping--not a chance! Very neatly package with sturdy bags! Saved us time and money from our vacation to Disney World! We ordered items to bring to the parks (i.e. water bottles and snacks) as well as breakfast foods. They delivered everything on time and was waiting for us at bell services when we arrived. Things that needed refrigeration were bagged separately and kept cold. No need to take time from our vacation to go run to the grocery store! Thanks Garden Grocer for such a great service!!!!

It was the first time I use this service. It was great. I made a mistake and clicked on the wrong hotel. Kevin was very eager to assist. He took care of the contacting the both hotels and arranged to have my order sent to the correct hotel. Thank you Kevin for our service.

Due to no fault of there own I did not receive my milk (my Resort misplaced it), when I called garden grocer they were Cary friend, checked into it, called me back and I had the milk the next morning. Great customer service, a pleasure to work with!

This helped make our Disney vacation great! We've been to Disney many other times and always end up feeling sick at the end of the vacation from eating out for every meal. This year, we ordered groceries from Garden Grocer and were able to have fresh items in our room in the morning and when we got back from the parks at night. It made all the difference! My husband has Type 1 Diabetes and we are so glad for Garden Grocer delivering us healthy food to enjoy during our vacation. The process was very simple and arrived at our resort within a few hours of us checking in. Thank you!

Used Garden Grocer for our recent trip to Disney World. It was so easy to order cereal, milk, fruit , snacks, water and beer to have in our room. Selection of food items is excellent, web site for ordering is so easy to use and customer service is excellent. Our order was held at bell service until we got back from the park. Cold items were packed together and refrigerated at bell service. Fresh fruit bowls were excellent. Just don't order more than a room refrigerator can hold!!
