It was easy to order and when we arrived at our Disney resort, we were surprised to find our order packed neatly in our room already! We ordered for the first time for our Disney vacation. It was so easy, I didn't even have to know the resort address because they were already in their system. The groceries arrived before we did and was held for us. We were missing 3 items from our order, but after a quick phone call to customer service the missing items were delivered later that evening. No hassle, no questions asked.
