As we were arriving in to Disney resort in the evening and we don’t have car this service was brilliant. Ordered online week before we left and groceries waiting for us at bell services. Before placing my order I called the toll-free number and the customer service agent was extremely helpful. We stayed at a Disney property and this was our first time placing an order with Garden Grocer. The process was easy. Our food delivery was on time, correct and all cold items were cold. Would use this service again and would recommend it to anyone who would benefit from a grocery delivery while in Disney World.

I was impressed by how easy it was to use GardenGrocer. The website was so easy to navigate. They had many options for food including fresh and frozen fruit/vegetables. Arrived right when they said and then Disney hotel held it until we were back at the hotel. Will use this every time in the future!

My Garden Grocer orders have always been delivered perfectly in the past, on this last trip a few items were missing (I’m guessing it was Disney’s misplacing of the items that caused this.) Even so, Garden Grocer immediately responded to my email about this issue after hours and then resolved the issue quickly. Outstanding service. Thank you!
