We needed to make changes to order twice. Both times I called, a person immediately picked up. My changes were made and an email confirmation received within minutes. We had a large order and it came correct. I would use service again at Disney Parks.

This was the first time I used Garden Grocer (I used the app) and it was simple, easy and effective! Everything was waiting for me at my Disney hotel before I even left the airport! I will definitely be using this service again the next time I fly into Orlando!

I found your site easy to use and my delivery was so prompt. I received notification immediately that my groceries were delivered.
I just mentioned a small issue with my doughnuts and was immediately offered a replacement or refund. Excellent customer service!

This was such a easy process. I ordered my food to be at my hotel between 12-4, even though I knew we would not be checking in until 5. I received a text message at 12 saying my food was delivered to my room. When we got here, everything was in our room and perfect. Such an easy way to start our vacation with extra snacks and a case of water. Thank you Garden Grocer!

This was my first time ordering groceries to a Disney resort. Garden Grocer website was easy for me & the customer service was excellent. I got a phone call to confirm order within minutes. On our arrival at resort groceries were delivered as scheduled. I even got a follow up phone call to make sure all was as ordered. Loved the service! Thank you!!

Wanting to have some groceries brought in while staying at our Disney hotel & no way to get to the store (we flew in so no car), I found Garden Grocer in a search. I placed my order a couple months before we were due to arrive. Everything I ordered arrived at the date & time I scheduled it. Everything had good, long term code dates on them too. I am going back to Disney World again late next summer & plan to place an order again with Garden Grocer. They are a stand up company! Two thumbs up!

We tried this for the first time this summer and were ecstatic with the service!
The food was already at the hotel when we arrived, and being able to have a nice breakfast at our pace was the perfect way to start each day of vacation.

This was my first time using the site. The whole process was extremely easy. I love this as an option so we could ensure to have our basics in our hotel room. Our order was delivered and customer service was is constant contact. Garden Grocer even redelivered something, no questions asked, when one item did not make it.... Possibly the bell service mistake. I highly recommend anyone on a Disney resort to use them.
