I have used garden grocer two times. Both times the food was delivered on time and everything was well packed and fresh! I will use them again. It is perfect for Disney World, I saved a lot of money not eating at the parks.

Wonderfully convenient service! Numerous choices available, especially for picky toddlers! Familiar brands and love that beer and wine are included! Totally seamless process and highly accessible customer service if the need arose! Just became Disney Vacation Club members and plan to utilize Garden Grocer on future trips!

Using Garden grocer was easy and most of all very convenient for both my stays at Disney esp with 2 children and one still in diapers.. just ordered my food n supplies for the week and it was at our room waiting for us when we arrived

Garden grocer was great! Delivered on time, delivered all of my stuff, got my order right!
Disney on the other hand dropped my bag which resulted in loss of wine and chips neither brands do they sell at the hotel. Beer and alcohol cannot be put in your room unless there is an adult there that can show ID so if you’re in the parks when Garden Grocer shows up bell services will not deliver it to your room. From reading other testimonials, I was under the impression that it could be. Especially because there were only two adults and no one else staying in the room I didn’t think that there would be any problems but I do understand Disney’s end of it. So because of this non of my order was delivered and when coming back from the parks at 12:30am, after rope dropping and finding out that they do NOT refrigerate beer (once again not Garden grocer‘s fault ) made for one unhappy Mouseketeer! So Garden Grocer gets an A++ I will use them again and I wish I would have read a testimonial like this one to know before hand about what I could have expected from Disney °0° have a great trip!!

We love Garden Grocer! We ordered items that would be difficult to fly with, such as a case of diapers, case of water, gallon of milk, etc. The groceries were delivered to our hotel and the bell service brought them up to our room. It was so convenient!

This service was great. I had never thought about ordering groceries to my resort when on vacation,if it werent for a Disney blog I was reading. The website is easy to navigate, getting the groceries delivered was easy, and communication was quick. Thank you so much, the eztra cost for the groceries was worth not paying for meals at Disney, I highly recommend it.

This service is incredible! Once you figure out your hotel make sure you place your order the front desk holds your packages you don’t need to know your room number. The order will be waiting for you to pick up when your ready. Our order stayed at front desk while we enjoyed parks when we got back we had it sent up to our room. Don’t hesitate this makes your vacation!

Garden Grocer made our trip to Disney that much more magical! Voila! Groceries and water bottles appear in your room and you spend time in the parks or resting at your hotel that you’d otherwise be in a taxi/grocery store. A+ service.
