This was our first trip to Disney, and we ordered from Garden Grocer. Placing the order was simple on-line. We ordered alcohol, they called to verify age. Our order was correct and here on time. I will use Garden Grocer every time I visit Disney. They are fabulous!

We received a phone call from an actual employee within minutes of completing our order. Our food was delivered on time, to our hotel, and everything was fresh and delicious. I was concerned that we might get "second best" quality of food, but honestly I couldn't have asked for better. Our bread was fresh for the length of our stay and we received beautiful produce. The service provided by Garden Grocer is exceptional and well worth the effort! We arrived to our Disney Resort and the food we ordered was delivered to our room . . . How much more convenience could you ask for? No stops on the way in necessary to fill the kitchen - Garden Grocer did all the work!The order had been filled accurately so there were no errors or corrections to worry about. Timely delivery, and all items were waiting in our cabin for us. Cold items were put in the refrigerator for us. My order was accurate, however, make sure to triple check your online order. I thought I had ordered 2 bunches of bananas, and mistakenly ordered 20#. Although it was my mistake, no one on G.G.'s end bothered to verify if such a large order of bananas was intentional. So I ended up paying $20 for bananas - and wasting a lot of bananas. Otherwise, the order was accurate, and no complaints.

Garden Grocer was well organized and very easy to deal with. On the way to the resort I received a text saying our order was at Bell Services and later in the day received a phone call to make sure everything was ok with our order. Excellent customer service. I have already recommended the company to several people.

Garden Grocer is a very convenient way to get snacks and drinks (including grown-up drinks) when we're traveling to Disney! It saves us time, money and the hassle of having to take a cab to a store to get these items for our children (especially when they were very young). We would never go to the parks without calling Garden Grocer first!
