Received an e-mail that our groceries had arrived at our resort even before we did! The cold items were kept cold for us and they even delivered everything to our room while we were at the parks and put our cold things in the fridge for us! Loved the service! I knew when my delivery was made and they have awesome customer service! The only thing I would say that I didn't like was the high cost of delivery charges. $14 no matter how small or large the order. Otherwise they are GREAT
