This was the best! We had to reschedule our trip due to a hurricane and they were excellent about it. They were kind, very curious and understanding I asked if we could cancel and rebook or I would just pay they said no don't leave your order as is and we will simply reschedule for your new arrival. Well we no sooner got on the plane and by the time I arrived I had gotten a text that our order would be at the resort well I forgot and we no sooner got to our room heard a knock at the door and all our groceries were there! Everything was packaged perfectly and the fruit was delicious and the bananas were exactly the ripeness we requested! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM! As I did recommend them to my best friend who is going to Disney in December , also they give you a discount if you order early great bonus! I was so happy I found them! And will use them again when and if I come back in the future so, don't hesitate they're great even checked in with me to make sure we were happy and received everything we ordered. Very useful service. We ordered a rather large number of water bottles and received an e-mail just to confirm that was really how many we wanted. It was so nice having our groceries waiting at bell services upon our arrival to the resort. After flying cross country the last thing we wanted to do was going grocery shopping! We were very impressed will the selection provided and received a phone call to verify order. Then received multiple emails to let know order was received, shipped and delivered to hotel right on time, packaging was good and the hotel delivered to our room as soon as we checked in. It is such a great service if you are flying to your destination and traveling with or without kids. I have already told multiple people about Garden Grocer. I placed an order with Garden Grocer for my October 2016 Disney trip. I had no idea how life saving the food and snacks I ordered would be to us. My family and I arrived just in time for Hurricane Matthew. We were exhausted and hungry. Because of the storm Disney World had shut down. Our hotel was in a state of chaos. There was a three hour wait just to get a cold dry sandwich BUT because we had placed an order with Garden Grocer, our food was waiting for us and saved us . I had my 4 hungry grandchildren with me and they were so happy not to have to wait in a long line after our long flight. I received a text from Garden Grocer later that evening , asking me if everything was OK and if I received everything .. I thanked them for the order said we had received everything but the pop tarts, but I said please don't worry about it. We have more than enough and I was so happy I had placed the order with them. Well, the next day, I got a text letting me know they delivered the pop tarts. I could not believe it! We are coming to Disney again next year and you can believe I will place another order.
