This service was wonderful! I found it very helpful to have our breakfast food delivered to our resort in Disney World. We found our order waiting for us when we checked in. Someone from Garden Grocer called to confirm my order and then called again to confirm the delivery. I was very pleased with the service.

Excellence service. I had a phone call to confirm my order and then a text to say when it had been delivered. We stayed at Disneys art of animation hotel and they were happy to receive the delivery, in fact the hotel had unpacked and stored our milk in our room fridge. We really appreciated being able to have breakfast in our room so we did not have to keep going out for all our meals. Delivery note was enclosed so you could check that all items had been delivered. I did have a slight problem ordering over the internet but after phoning up it was soon sorted. Very good service so when we changed hotel to the doubletree seaworld for our second week we placed another food order.

I appreciated all of the customer service calls regarding my order from double checking the initial order placed to notifying me of delivery of groceries at the resort even before my arrival! I also appreciate the fact that all perishables were kept refrigerated until we checked into our unit.

After placing my order, I was pleased to receive a confer nation phone call, from an actual person, who explained the process and answered any question. I was prepared to ship food to our Disney hotel but Garden Grocer made that absolutely unnecessary. The website was extremely easy to navigate, I received exactly what I ordered and the delivery cost was minimal considering what it would've cost to ship. I would definitely recommend Garden Grocer!
