This was so great! The company made contact with us throughout the day of our arrival when they delivered to the resort ! They were prompt and everything was exactly what we ordered! Super convenient! The groceries were delivered right to our hotel and were there by the time we arrived. Saved us a lot of money since we didn't have to buy all of our food and drink at the Disney parks.

The order arrived as scheduled and the service was great! the people were very helpful and gracious at the time of ordering. However, I ordered green bananas 10 lbs but they were ripe and changing color when they arrived we ended up throwing over half of them away. But to be fair I did not get a chance to call them and ask for them to exchange them we just tried to eat them all before they were a total loss. We had many other problems with our Disney Trip and I just did not have time to and this minor thing to the list of phone calls as battles I had to fight though out our weeks stay. While my faith and trust is shattered with Disney World and all their resort locations to the point I will never visit any again! I will definitely use this grocery service again. They still get a 10 in my book thank you for being the one part of our trip that was as planned and drama free!!

This was my first time ordering groceries - all of my expectations were exceeded. Everything was delivered directly to our resort, the order was correct and the food was fresh. The site was easy to navigate and the customer service was great. The personal phone call after my order was placed was a nice touch. I will definitely use on our next vacation!
