Right from the moment we placed our order on the webpage, the service was superb. The communication was excellent. We had our groceries waiting for us by the time we checked into our room at Port Orleans - Riverside. Since we didn't rent a car, having the groceries delivered to the hotel was a great start to our vacation! We would definitely use this service again.

The service couldn't have been better! It made our Disney World vacation, with a toddler and an infant, so convenient. I ordered everything about a week before we left. I received confirmation emails and phone calls throughout the process. My items were waiting at the Bell Service desk at our resort when we arrived. No complaints and nothing but praises!

Great service ! Everything was delivered to our hotel ( Old Key West) before we checked in. They even called and texted to let us know how many bags we had and how many were in the fridge and freezer. Wonderful service with a huge selection of grocery items.
