Heather C. from customer service is absolutely amazing!!! She took our order at the last minute (due to logistical issues) and assured us that our groceries would be delivered between 7-9PM local time. Not only did we get our groceries but they were also delivered in the early afternoon on the day we arrived (less than 12 hours after we placed our order).

We will order from GardenGrocer everytime we go to Disney World. And, I hope to repay Heather C's amazing customer service and assistance one day. In fact, I plan on shopping at GardenGrocer EXCLUSIVELY because of Heather C's amazing service. Thank you, Heather C!!!

Great customer service I received an immediate phone call after the order was placed to confirm and then a text and call after it was delivered to the resort!! Great selection of products I will definitely use again for future visits to Florida!!!

Fresh items, deli products and produce were all top quality and competitively priced. Garden Grocer is a great alternative to picking up food items at resort stores or getting buy on fast food options. All was excellent but only misunderstood 1 thing that I ordered and didn't use due to the misunderstanding. it was the celery. I misunderstood the picture and the description...No biggy, it's an honest oops and I'll know better for next time to call and ask if unsure...Otherwise I love the service that you guys provide. It's EXCELLENT

I would definitely recommend Garden Grocer to anyone visiting Disney World. Ordering was easy. Communication was spot on. Garden Grocer delivered my groceries to my hotel before I arrived at the hotel. They left me a voice-mail and sent a text message to confirm delivery of the order. I had ordered some bananas and other fruit and all the fruit was fresh, unblemished... just perfect. I would definitely use their service again.

Garden Grocer has been a godsend for us! I'm unable to drink purified water, and that's what is generally available at Disney parks. I order my spring water (such as Evian or Crystal Springs) ahead from Garden Grocer, and it's always at my resort when I check-in. In fact, I usually have a delivery notice awaiting via new text or voice mail when I turn on my phone upon landing at the airport. Thank you for the tremendous service you provide, Garden Grocer!

This was a great timesaver for our family on our recent Disney trip! Bell services held our order and we had time to enjoy the hotel pool while waiting for our room to be ready instead of going to the grocery store. It also saved us money because we only ordered what we needed. No impulse purchases! Service was excellent and right on time! They called me to make sure the order was received and correct. Highly recommend use of this service and we will use them from now on!
