Impressed with the above and beyond service! A part of my order was not delivered. A call to Garden Grocer AFTER calling the resort and they said it wasn't received was fantastic. Not only did the person helping me call the hotel to find out where my items were, she then called me back and told me what had happened. My resort never contacted me to tell me about the mix up. Will definitely use Garden Grocer again! Wonderful customer service! Thank you!

We have a son who has life threatening food allergies. We use Garden Grocer every time we visit Disney World because we can ensure that he has safe meals that we can prepare for him in our hotel room. Ever time we go we have gotten confirmation emails about our order, the fact it shipped and when it got to our resort. The groceries were always there waiting for us, no matter what time we arrived and no matter what we ordered - produce, frozen, you name it! We love Garden Grocer and will continue to use you!
