| Ordering online through
GardenGrocer.com
is extremely simple. Although registration is not required to browse our site, we recommend
it so that this & future shopping trips will be that much easier! |

First step:
REGISTER |
| |
Click "Register" in the top menu.
There you will provide name, address & telephone for delivery purposes. You will also be asked
to list your email address & select a password. Next, you
will see a new window listing your username in the upper right
corner, a list of "Account Options" and the GardenGrocer menu. To
begin shopping, select "Home" for the home shopping page. |

Second step:
SHOP! |

You can browse the various categories & their descriptions
on this home shopping page. Select a category by clicking the icon
(image) next to it, & then the individual item within that
category. When you select an item, an information panel
will show nutritional facts, manufacturer details & much more!
You'll see the price on the right side & if you scroll down,
you'll see a quantity box & the "Add to Cart" button. To change
the quantity, simply highlight the number & type in the desired
quantity you wish to purchase.
Once you have added an item to
your shopping cart, you'll see a summary of the cart contents
along with options to "Update", "Clear Cart", "Checkout" or
"Continue Shopping". If you wish to delete an item, click
the "X" in the "Remove" box to the right of the item.
Otherwise, you can "Checkout", continue shopping by clicking on
a category from the left side menu or click "Home" to see shopping
category descriptions again.

Third step: CHECKOUT |

When you've completed your shopping, click "Checkout" in your
final summary page (or click "Shopping Cart" in the top menu).
At this point, you will provide billing & shipping (delivery)
information−name, address, etc. Payment info will come next.
(Special note: The pulldown menu at the top of the "Billing Form"
will automatically complete your forms using your account
information, if desired).
You
will also see "Order Info: Special Instructions". Any special
delivery instructions & directions should be included here. |

Final step: PAYMENT
INFO & CONFIRMATION |

The fourth & final step is the
payment option. You will see the complete purchase (order)
dispayed with any applicable state sales tax, shipping & handling,
& total. You will also be presented with four payment options:
Credit Card, "PayPal" (secure online credit card
processing), "Print & Call", & "Cash on Delivery".
We gladly accept the following credit cards for payment: VISA, AMEX,
Discover & Master Card.
Regarding "PayPal": PayPal, a trusted leader in
online payments, enables buyers & businesses to send & receive
money online. PayPal has over 71 million member accounts in 56
countries. It's accepted by merchants everywhere, both on & off
eBay. PayPal helps protect your credit card information with
industry-leading security & fraud prevention systems. When you use
PayPal, your financial information is never shared with the
merchant. To find out more about this free service, click on the
PayPal image at the bottom of this page.
The "Print & Call" option is
available to those wishing to pay by credit card over the phone. When
you chose this option you are agreeing to make the purchase in good faith. You
will be provided with a (numbered) online invoice & purchase summary. You must contact GardenGrocer by phone
(toll free) within 24 hours to provide credit card information or
discuss payment details/questions & to schedule your delivery.
Deliveries cannot be scheduled without payment arrangements.
"Cash on Delivery" (COD): As is the case with "Print
& Call", if you chose "COD" when placing your order,
you will receive a (numbered) online invoice & purchase summary. You
must contact GardenGrocer by phone (toll free) within 24 hours to schedule
your delivery & discuss payment details. Deliveries cannot be scheduled
without payment arrangements. Please keep in mind our driver will
not be equipped to change large bills ($50 & $100 bills). American
currency only. |
